拆卸火花塞及點火線圈查看后無異常，由于無缺火及單獨缸混合氣異常，說明噴油嘴無異常，用專業(yè)儀表測得 燃油低壓壓力為0.5Mpa,與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值誤差不大，空氣流量為13.5kg/h 為正常，讀取節(jié)氣門開度時發(fā)現(xiàn)故障出現(xiàn)時開度忽大忽小，可見是由于配氣造成得，再涼車啟動時發(fā)動機(jī)電腦會使混合氣比較濃，但不應(yīng)忽大忽小。此可見 要么是在近氣過程中漏氣，要么是進(jìn)氣管或氣門有積碳影響進(jìn)氣效果。

When the car is cooled again, the engine computer will make the mixture rich, but it should not change from big to small. It can be seen that either there is air leakage in the near air process, or there is carbon deposition in the intake pipe or valve, which affects the intake effect.

查看節(jié)氣門發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)碳不算特別嚴(yán)重，清洗后裝回，故障依舊。拆卸進(jìn)氣管查看管道及氣門，發(fā)現(xiàn)氣門積碳嚴(yán)重，使用清洗劑將氣門及管道清理干凈后，恢復(fù)并刪除發(fā)動機(jī)調(diào)效值，試車怠速不穩(wěn)得問題已經(jīng)解決，但加速仍稍微不足，師傅判斷應(yīng)是進(jìn)氣管道內(nèi)得機(jī)油積碳卡滯引起進(jìn)氣歧管上DISA閥損壞，經(jīng)拆卸  閥1無法正常工作  閥2 無法完全打開。更換試車后故障排除。

The master judges that it is the oil carbon deposition in the intake pipe that causes the disa valve on the intake manifold to be damaged, and valve 1 can not work normally after removal Valve 2 does not fully open.
